Trackgleam

Legal / Your data

Your data,in plain words.

Last updated October 20, 2026

This page is the short version of how Trackgleam treats what you give us. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy. If the two ever seem to disagree, the Privacy Policy controls, and we would like to hear about it.

What we store

  • Your account: your email address, a bcrypt hash of your password (never the password itself), your plan, and when you signed up.
  • Your artist profile: artist name, city, story, influences, links, milestones you listed, and your visual world.
  • Your releases: the answers you gave about each single, and the kit we made from them, including your edits.
  • Your covers: the cover directions generated for your releases and your title overlay settings.
  • Your radio intros: the script and, on paid plans, the narrated audio file.
  • Billing: your plan and payment status from Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
  • Messages you send us: contact forms, help tickets, and job applications.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
  • We do not use ad trackers or third-party analytics cookies.
  • We do not publish your kits, covers, or story anywhere, or use them in our marketing.
  • We do not send emails to curators, blogs, or stations for you.

Who else sees it

To write and design your kit, the relevant parts of your inputs are sent from our servers to the language, image, or voice provider configured for this service (OpenAI, Anthropic, or ElevenLabs). OpenAI's and Anthropic's API terms do not use inputs sent through their APIs to train their models by default. Our hosting, database, file storage, email, and payment providers process data only to run Trackgleam for you.

Export everything

In Settings, choose export. You get one JSON file with your account details, every artist profile, every release, every kit with your edits, and links to your cover and audio files. It is yours to keep, archive, or bring to another tool.

Delete for real

In Settings, you can delete a single release or your whole account. Deleting removes the records from our database and the files from our storage. It is not a hidden flag. Copies in encrypted backups roll off within 30 days. Billing records we are required to keep for tax purposes stay with Stripe and in our accounting for as long as the law requires.

How long we keep things

  • Account and release data: while your account is open, until you delete it.
  • Public demo inputs: a short-lived cache only, not tied to an account.
  • Server logs: up to 30 days.
  • Support messages: up to two years, so we can follow up on old issues, or sooner if you ask.

Ask us anything

Email privacy@trackgleam.org to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted if you cannot reach Settings. A person replies within five business days. You can also write to Trackgleam Inc., 1528 Woodward Avenue, Suite 600, Detroit, MI 48226.
