Terms ofService.

Last updated October 20, 2026

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Trackgleam Inc., a Delaware C-Corp ("Trackgleam", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using trackgleam.org, you agree to them. If you use Trackgleam for a label or company, you agree on its behalf and confirm you are allowed to.

1. The service

Trackgleam helps independent artists and labels create release materials: bios, press releases, pitch emails, social rollouts, one-sheets, cover art directions, and radio intros, using AI models and our own software. Features vary by plan and may change over time. We will tell you before removing something you pay for.

2. Your account

You must be at least 13 to use Trackgleam, and at least 18 or have a parent or guardian's permission to buy a paid plan. Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account, including by teammates on a Label plan.

3. Plans, billing, and cancellation

  • All prices are in US dollars and billed in US dollars, plus any applicable sales tax.
  • Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Settings; your plan continues to the end of the period you paid for.
  • If you were charged for a period you did not intend to pay for, contact us within 14 days for a refund. Otherwise, payments are non-refundable except where the law requires.
  • Paid plans include fair-use daily ceilings to protect the service. They are set well above normal use.
  • If we change a price, we will give you at least 30 days' notice before it applies to your plan.

4. Your content and your outputs

You keep all rights to what you give us: your music details, story, images, and everything else ("Inputs"). As between you and us, you own the outputs Trackgleam creates for you, including copy, cover directions, one-sheets, and radio intros, to the extent the law allows ownership of them. You may use them for any lawful purpose, commercial or not, with no credit to us required.

You give us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your Inputs and outputs only to provide the service to you, including sending them to model providers to generate your kit. We do not use them to advertise and do not claim ownership of them.

AI outputs can be similar for different users who give similar inputs, and the law on AI-generated works is still developing. You are responsible for checking that your outputs suit your use, including any distributor or platform rules on AI disclosure.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Trackgleam to:

  • Impersonate a real artist, band, label, or person, or create materials that suggest an endorsement or collaboration that does not exist.
  • Put false claims in press copy, such as streaming numbers, chart positions, awards, press quotes, collaborators, or tour dates that are not true.
  • Create cover art meant to imitate another artist's cover, logo, or trademark, or depict a real person without their permission.
  • Send spam or bulk unsolicited email with outputs from Trackgleam.
  • Upload content you do not have the right to use, or content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit involving minors.
  • Probe, overload, scrape, or reverse engineer the service, bypass rate limits or plan limits, or resell access without our written permission.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Where reasonable, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.

6. Our service and brand

Trackgleam's software, design, and brand belong to us. These terms do not give you rights to them beyond using the service. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

7. Third-party services

Trackgleam relies on providers such as AI model vendors, hosting, and Stripe for payments. Their availability may affect ours. When a model is unavailable, parts of the kit may be produced by our clearly labeled house writer or procedural cover engine instead.

8. Disclaimers

Trackgleam is provided "as is". We work hard on quality, but AI outputs can contain mistakes, and you should review every piece before you send or publish it. We do not promise any playlist placement, press coverage, airplay, streams, or sales.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Trackgleam is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Trackgleam and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms. Sections 4, 6, 8, 9, and 11 survive termination. You can export your data before you go; see Your data.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction, except that either side may bring a claim in small claims court where it qualifies.

12. Changes

If we change these terms in a material way, we will update the date above and notify account holders at least 30 days before the change applies.
