Trackgleam

Under the hood / The AI

How the AIworks.

Trackgleam is not one prompt. It is a short pipeline of focused steps, each with one job and its own checks, built so the output reads like a careful publicist wrote it and says nothing you did not say first.

  1. 01

Understand the track and the artist

Before anything is written, your answers are turned into a structured fact sheet. It holds only what you told us, in fields the later steps can check against.

    Takes

    Your profile and release answers

    Does

    • Extracts title, genre, mood, story, influences, release date, location, links, and any milestones you listed
    • Keeps your own phrases where they are distinctive, so the copy sounds like you
    • Marks anything missing as missing. Empty fields are never filled with guesses

    Gives

A fact sheet, the only source of truth for every piece that follows

  2. 02

Write each piece for its audience

A curator, a blog editor, a radio programmer, and a festival booker want different things. Each piece gets its own writing pass with its own brief, tone, and length limit.

    Takes

The fact sheet and the brief for one outlet type

    Does

    • Separate passes for the three bios, the press release, the curator, blog, and radio pitches, the rollout, and the one-sheet
    • Hard length limits per piece, so pitches stay readable on a phone
    • A banned-hype filter that strips empty superlatives and stock marketing phrases
    • A facts check that rejects any number, award, quote, collaborator, or date that is not in your inputs, then rewrites that piece

    Gives

Copy that is short, specific, and true

  3. 03

    Generate the cover directions

The image prompt is built from your visual world, the mood of the track, and your palette. It also carries hard exclusions that are never left to the model's judgment.

    Takes

Visual world, mood, palette, and references you described

    Does

    • No text or lettering painted into the image
    • No logos, real or invented
    • No real people's likenesses
    • No imitation of existing album covers or a named artist's artwork
    • Your title is set by us afterward in real type, in the typeface you choose, so it is crisp and spelled right

    Gives

Square directions, with a 3000 x 3000 export on paid plans

  4. 04

    Assemble the kit

Every piece comes back as structured data, not loose text. It is validated against a strict schema before you see it, then streamed into its tab as soon as it passes.

    Takes

    Every finished piece

    Does

    • Validates each response against a JSON schema, and retries a piece that does not fit it
    • Streams pieces into their tabs as they finish, so you can start reading before the whole kit is done
    • Caches the finished kit with your release, so reopening it costs nothing and changes nothing

    Gives

Your release kit, ready to edit, copy, and export

Model-agnostic

Any good model,one standard.

Trackgleam is model-agnostic. The language models, the image model, and the voice are swappable parts behind one interface. What does not change is the fact sheet, the checks, and the schema every piece has to pass.
Language

OpenAI or Anthropic

Both sit behind one interface. Routing is set in our server configuration, and either can take over if the other is unavailable.

Images

gpt-image-2

OpenAI's image model for cover directions. The model is a configuration setting, not a rewrite.

Voice

ElevenLabs, optional

Narrates the radio intro when it is configured. Otherwise you get the script as text.

Validation

Schema checked

Every response is parsed and checked before it reaches you. Malformed output is retried, never shown.

When no model is available

The house writer.

If a deployment has no language model configured, or a provider is down, the kit is written by our house writer: a template engine that uses only the facts you supplied. It is plainer than the model, and every piece it writes is clearly labeled "house writer" so you always know what you are reading. Covers fall back to a procedural engine in the same way.

The public demo

Rate limited.

The demo on the homepage is open to anyone, so it has limits: a few runs per visitor in a short window, and a daily ceiling across the whole site. Paid plans have fair-use ceilings too, set high enough that a real release never meets them. Model calls happen only on our servers; your browser never holds a key. See current status.

See it run

Watch it writeyour kit.

Put a real single through the demo and read what comes back. Then check it against what you told it. How we handle care.
