Bio in three lengths, press release, pitches per outlet, a four-week rollout with captions, a one-sheet, and cover directions.

  3. Send it yourself and release.

Edit anything, copy it out or open it in your own email, export the cover and the one-sheet, and put the song out.

Features

Built for theweek of release.

Pitches per outlet

A curator, a blogger, and a radio host want different emails.

Trackgleam writes each one for its reader: short and mood-first for playlist curators, story-first for blogs, genre and release date up front for radio. Under 170 words, from you, to one person at a time.

Truthful press copy

Only the facts you typed. A guard rejects invented numbers, awards, quotes, and tour dates.

Cover directions

Square art in your visual world, your title set in your chosen type, exported at 3000 x 3000.

Four-week rollout

Two weeks out to one week after, as a calendar with captions in your voice.

Printable one-sheet

A one-page PDF with your cover, the essentials, and your contact line.

Radio intro

An optional 20-second narrated intro in a warm DJ voice.

Model-agnostic

OpenAI or Anthropic language models behind one interface, the image model of your choice, every answer validated against a strict schema.

Built AI-native

Language andimage modelsare the product.

A coherent, on-voice release campaign with matching cover art is not something a template can write. Trackgleam is built around the models, and around the checks that keep them honest.

  1. 01Understand. Reads the track and the artist into a fact sheet. Nothing outside it can be used.
  2. 02Write. Writes each piece in its own pass, for its own audience, with length limits.
  3. 03Check. A facts guard rejects anything not in your inputs; one rewrite, then the house writer.
  4. 04Paint. Builds cover directions from your visual world. No text, logos, or real likenesses.
  5. 05Assemble. Validates the whole kit against a schema and streams it into tabs.

The honest stance

Labels earn trust.So does this.

Your facts only

Press materials use only what you tell us. No invented streaming numbers, awards, press quotes, collaborations, or tour dates. If you did not type it, it is not in the copy.

You send it

Pitch emails are drafts for you to send from your own inbox, one person at a time. Trackgleam never emails curators, blogs, or stations on your behalf.

Original art

Cover directions never imitate a real artist's cover or a real logo and avoid real people's likenesses. Your influences shape the words, never the art. You own everything you make.

What artists say

“I used to spend a whole weekend on pitch emails and still hate them. Now I start from three drafts that sound like me, fix two lines, and send them from my own inbox.”

FAQ

Questions,answered.

What do I get on the Free plan?

One complete release kit, every piece: the artist bio in three lengths, the press release, pitch emails for playlist curators, blogs, and radio, the four-week rollout with captions, and the one-sheet PDF with a small Trackgleam footer. You also get 1 cover direction, watermarked. No card needed.

Do you send the pitch emails for me?

No. Trackgleam writes each pitch for you to send from your own inbox, one curator at a time. We never mass-email curators, blogs, or stations, and we never send anything in your name. A pitch from a real artist's address gets read; a blast from a tool gets filtered.

Will it make up facts about me?

No. Press copy uses only what you tell us: the track, your story, your influences, your real milestones. A facts check rejects any number, award, press quote, collaborator, or date that is not in your inputs. If you have not given us a streaming figure, none will appear.

Who owns the cover art and the copy?

You do. Everything Trackgleam makes for your release is yours to use, edit, print, and sell with. Cover directions are original, never imitate a real artist's cover or a real logo, and avoid real people's likenesses.

Which AI models do you use?

Trackgleam is model-agnostic. Copy is written by OpenAI or Anthropic language models behind one interface, and every result is checked against a strict schema before you see it. Cover directions use OpenAI's gpt-image-2. The optional radio intro uses an ElevenLabs voice when it is configured. If no model is available, a clearly labeled house writer fills in using only your facts.

Can I edit what it writes?

Yes, every piece. Edit any field in place, regenerate one piece without touching the rest, and copy any section with one click. Your edits are saved with the kit and carried into the one-sheet PDF.

Can I cancel, and do you give refunds?

Cancel anytime from Settings. Your plan stays active to the end of the period you paid for, and your kits stay readable and exportable afterward. If you were charged for a period you did not mean to pay for, email us within 14 days and we will refund it.
