Artist bio, in three lengths
A short bio for streaming profiles and social bios, a medium one for pitches and festival forms, and a long one for your press page. All three come from the same facts you gave us, so they never contradict each other.
Describe the song and who you are. Trackgleam writes and designs the whole release kit around it, the way a label's press and art departments would, using only the facts you give it.

02
Headline, dateline, release date, what the song is about, where it came from, and how to reach you. If you wrote a line about the song in your own words, it becomes the quote. If you did not, there is no quote. We do not put words in your mouth.
03
One for playlist curators, one for blogs and music writers, one for college and community radio. Each has its own subject line, its own angle, and stays short enough to read on a phone. You send them yourself, from your own inbox.
04
A calendar that runs from three weeks before release day to the week after. Every post has a date, a platform, a one-line idea of what to film or shoot, and a caption written in your voice.
05
The single page a booker, a venue, or a distributor rep actually reads: the medium bio, the track facts, your links, the cover, and your contact. Free kits carry a small Trackgleam footer; paid plans export clean.
06
Square artwork in your visual world, built from the palette, mood, and references you describe. Set your title over it in one of four typefaces and move it until it sits right. Free gets 1 watermarked direction; Artist and Label get 6 per release.
07
A 20-second script a host can read before your song, or a narrated version you can send to stations as audio. When the voice service is not available, you still get the script.
Artist profile
Name, city, genre, the story you tell about your music, your influences, your links, and your visual world. Saved and reused for every release.
New release
Title, genre, mood, what the song is about, the influences on this track, and the release date. Five minutes, usually less.
The kit
Every piece lands in its own tab. Edit any line in place, regenerate one piece without touching the rest, and copy any section with one click.
Cover studio
Browse your cover directions side by side, add your title in real type, nudge size and position, and watch it at thumbnail size before you commit.
Exports
Download the one-sheet PDF, the full-size cover, the audio intro, and every piece of copy. Or export the whole release as JSON from Settings.
The honest parts.
It will not invent streaming numbers, awards, press quotes, collaborators, or tour dates. Press copy uses only what you supply, and a facts check rejects anything else before you see it.
It will not email curators for you, and its covers never imitate a real artist's cover, copy a real logo, or show a real person's likeness. What you make is yours. Read how we handle care.
