Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. One complete release kit with 1 watermarked cover direction, no card and no trial clock. Upgrade when you have your next single.
What does annual billing save?
Artist is $144 a year instead of $180, and Label is $470 a year instead of $588. That is about 20 percent, roughly two and a half months free.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes, from Settings at any time. Upgrades take effect right away. If you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, and your kits stay readable and exportable afterward.
Do you offer refunds?
If you were charged for a period you did not mean to pay for, email help@trackgleam.org within 14 days and we will refund it.
Which currency do you bill in?
US dollars, everywhere. Prices shown do not include any sales tax that applies where you live.
Is there a limit on unlimited?
Paid plans have fair-use ceilings per day so one runaway script cannot drain the system. They are set well above what anyone releasing music actually uses.
